eMMC Pro is a professional hardware device designed for eMMC repair, data recovery, and forensic analysis. The product includes:

• eMMC Pro hardware device for low-level eMMC access and operations
• Software for read/write, partitioning, formatting, and backup/restore of eMMC storage devices
• Support for eMMC, SD, and eMCP device types
• ISP (In-System Programming) technology for data recovery without chip removal
• Lifetime software updates and access to technical documentation

3. Purchases and Payment

The eMMC Pro device is priced at $129.00 USD. All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

• By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping on all eMMC Pro orders. Please note:

• Free standard shipping is included with every order
• Estimated delivery times vary by location and are provided at checkout
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• You may return a defective eMMC Pro device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was received
• Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by eMMC Pro
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or negligence are not eligible for return

• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the purchase of an eMMC Pro device shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access and modify data on devices they work with using eMMC Pro

8. Warranty

eMMC Pro comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
• Hardware malfunctions not caused by user modification or damage
• Free replacement or repair of the device, at our discretion

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by environmental factors (water, extreme temperatures, etc.)
• Issues caused by use with incompatible hardware or software

9. Governing Law
